Meet Shawnna Silvius, Community Developer, Entrepreneur, Speaker and Trainer
Shawnna Silvius is Founder and President of eVentures Marketing which became iShine Productions® LLC. She has started a number of pet-focused ventures including a Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation, a Pet Sitting & Dog walking business and helped her daughter with a pet treat and novelty ecommerce/retail business. Shawnna is a professional community and economic developer (PCED), an entrepreneur, public speaker, trainer, marketing professional, and convention and special events coordinator. Her passions are 1) inspiring individuals to discover and live their passions and purpose helping equip and grow people who advance rural areas and 2) to improve and enhance the lives of all animals.
Her messages and trainings are customized to each audience and are focused on self discovery and assessment, visioning and goal setting, overcoming obstacles, mastering personal image and branding for women, youth, entrepreneurs and communities. Her career has focused on leadership and career development, youth and civic engagement, entrepreneurship, environmental initiatives, marketing, event planning and management, community-based economic development, and philanthropy to support sustainable, rural communities. Her message is inspiring beauty industry professionals, aspiring youth, entrepreneurs, young men and women and progressive rural areas to take action to live life intentional, reaching dreams and fulfilling their unique purpose!
